hel my clip does not work


hi i resived my clip today i update and register succesfuuly but didnt work with any phone i whanto update again but this massage hapend
error getting card information.probably you need to update your card.please update your card,if this option is not available- please contact support

and there is no update for my clip and i repair it with file sistem but not work plz help what cani do?

when i wanto s-off any phone in offline mode in fast boot this error hapend
open name file error
chek keycard faied

what is this? i am so sad about it

Did you check your smartcard in the clip?
Do you see the clip detected as a drive when you connect it to your PC?

Please connect clip in XTC2Tool to make sure service files are correct.
Go to SD tab and press "Read from drive" button.

Again - I recommend you to eject and put the smartcard back, here is the manual how to insert smartcard correctly:

Was ever working before?
If the smartcard is inserted correctly, then the only thing you can do is to contact your dealer for replacement.

You can also do a small test - save any config file like sf.txt or imei.txt (just use XTC2Tool for this), and use it with any phone in offline (SD) mode.
If your phone will see the files but will say check keycard failed, then probably there is no communication with the card.

Or better is to use direct mode for any operation (like change cid, etc) and post complete log here.

You can also try another PC, but I don't thing it's going to change the situation.

Please do what I wrote - try to perform any operation in direct mode (with clip connected to your phone and phone connected to PC), and post the log from XTC2Tool here.
