Remove the boot.img from inside the ROM and must be installed with the fastboot flash boot boot.img recovery command

Use htc_fastboot instead of fastboot, it's included with XTC2Clip Tool and installed in the same folder.

hi
rename the downloaded file to : 0P9OIMG.zip
put the file in sdcard and then put sdcard in phone
lock the phones bootloader
using volume down and power bottons go to hboot.
lets the phone to load the file then accept flashing the file using volume up botton.
