no download mode, no recovery mode, only fastboot mode.
xtc2clip even read information fail, so no unlock bootloader.

hope xtc2clip admins will support

1 hosd might be from lower version firmware or model id mismatch or
2 emmc problem can be problem

Hello,

You can't S-OFF in bootloader mode.

You are trying to flash ZIP, this is WRONG. You must flash only hosd, you should use it with fastboot:
fastboot.exe flash hosd <filename.img>
