i tried lower ver. still server error

Hello,
First post, so I hope that I will be given some latitude.
Latest attempt today, 06:10 UK time, resulted in the same subject error message - this must be at least the fortieth to fiftieth attempt to authorise the clip.
Client version 1.5 will not even open on my dell inspiron laptop, so all the attempts to activate have been made using version 1.3.
I've had my clip for at least a month now, so I'm more than a little underwhelmed with this clever tool.
I would be obliged to receive any advice from fellow members, perhaps they may suggest possible solutions - thank you...

when i try to update my xtc2clip on xtc2 client 1.5

i get this error
Connection to server failed. Connection timeout

please fix this problem

i cant do s-off to htc 10 life style with xtc2clip and power adaptor

i get this error (NOT_FIND_SMART_IO)

i tried to change flex cable and tested on anthor htc devices working well
and i had try to copy files from special unlock tab

and not find smart card on htc 10 lifestyle also

thats my last try to update xtc2clip

but server down also

Can't activate mine either, the software doesn't even open whatsoever under Windows 10 any build. No news in almost a month. Is there a link to the 1.4 software somewhere?
My clip is a sitting duck right now and there's phones I could be working on, does the Xtc2clip have covid-19 or something?
