I am trying to activate my xtc2 clip. I am using the activation & upgrade tool v1.14 to activate my xtc2. However, I receive the error: connection to server failed. connection timed out.

I was able to follow this post and download client 1.5b:

This allowed me to activate my Xtc2 clip and complete the required device repairs!
