Run XTC 2 Tool, open FRP tab, follow instructions.

I put phone to fastboot go to frp tab and push frp remove - nothing !
Removing FRP protection
Rebooting to bootloader mode...

Hello,

Maybe it's a problem of your drivers?
Can you read info from other phones?

Alternatively you can do factory reset with clip attached, this will erase FRP also.
