I said do not install custom recovery sir, well just look Here
and search for your device and download stock rom to flash for start fresh

Enter any password, and device will auto-reset. Please note you must have original recovery installed for this process.
If you have TWRP - then please do data format from menu.

Im trying to Unlock that Phone HTC 10 Sprint and i was reading the guide how to Do S-Off.
Than to do Unlock. but unfortunately i dont have a big Experience with a HTC devices may be thats why i have this kind of trouble.

i will try ti install OEM firmware and do again all steps.

i did new firmware from support and i see S i still S-off i did unlock and the phone gets unloocked but in every few seconds show limited service then t-mobile....

Hello, next time please create a separate thread, we can miss support requests in release announcements.

Did you try factory reset? I really haven't heard of such problem from anyone else. Please try this sim card in another phone, just to make sure.

You list you know everything about this software ?

Can you answer my question " Is this finally supposed to work on the Verizon version of the Htc 10 ? The Verizon version was mentioned to be being added coming up which was months ago and many versions ago ? "

I posted this back on 11-27-16 but xtc2clip wont respond just ignores my question.

We can't answer same questions every time, it's not productive, Verizon phones with has no bootloader unlocked are not supported by XTC 2 Clip at the moment.

Generally when that happens on a thread in XDA world we put a note stating that in the OP. When you release new software updates it would be a good suggestion to you to place a note in the release notes that the verizon model is not supported. Save yourself from getting asked the same question over and over.

Aside from that ya guys did put the expectation out there that about the vzw 10, desire 530, and pixel. So deal with the questions or put it in your release notes.
