i have htc 10 that reboot on logo and cant s-off and i try files from xtc2 site

RUU is only for alive phones in most cases.

Error 155 : Unknown Error if bootloader is unlocked, relock it (fastboot oem lock) and try RUU again

i have wait for somedays now no body is able to find solution to
this phone weather its software or hardware even the product
supporters are silent.

nowadays there are lots of phones with emmc damaged.
u can't s-off cant flash same version firmware with matching cid and matching product id
higher chances of damaged emmc
you try different firmwares if fails than no other option left
