Xtc2 server problem [SOLVED]
 

When i download any flash file after almost 50% download stopped automatic i try from yesterday and still same problem

...and please add "Resume download" option. Some files are quite large (approx. 2GB) and starting from beginning after any failure is quite annoying :)

i taught that i'm only the one that has this problem, i tried many times to download from their servers, but i never success, please fix this. thank you.

Yes same problem here. Because i try to download htc m9 frimware and its more then 2 gb but every time stoped after almost 50% 60% download.

where is supporter still i have same problem i try to contact with suppoter but no one reply i am too much tired with xtc2 clip server downloading. from last 2 days m trying to download htc m9 file but every time show error every time i lose my internet data. what is this

i think supporter have no solution for server problem

I have forwarded this problem to our admins. They will reply shortly.

Look, we have customers WORLDWIDE.
Flash files are not the XTC 2 Clip itself, it's just a free bonus for our customers. We simply cannot test download speed from ALL countries worldwide. Most customers have 1-4 mBytes / sec.

i know here is not speed problem the problem is downloading auto stop any time and for download 2GB data i lose almost 20GB data and unfortunately file downloading still not finish look here is limited data package not unlimited

We cannot reproduce this problem, please PM me with your clip ID, I will check.

Also - I'd recommend you to use, for example, Reget, and not download manager.

IMPORTANT: Please set you concurent connection to maximum 5 connections, not more, otherwise you can have problems.
