condition of phone stuck in fastboot mode when try to flash its not going in ruu mode details here
tried in differant pc with all versions even 1.18 ,1.15,1.17
please guide me

Do you have microSD card in microSD slot ?

Then I belive it's an emmc failure. Try SD flashing method.

You don't need to use recovery mode, you need to insert microSD (not xtc2clip) with the flash file in filename <MODELIDIMG.ZIP>

In your case it should be 0P3ZIMG.zip
