Is this dongle capable of correctly flashing a nvram of MT6735M, 2x imei, BT mac and Wifi with problem 0x01?

I have this problem, and I read in a post that can flash nvram of this mediatek, I personally ensure before spending $, since there is difference between MT6735 and MT6735M, the MT6735 I have BPLGU, but it does not work in flashtool
