Have done all how you said, but yes for OLD version work only with shorcut in desktop from Renamed folder, but in installed program i haven't only MTK2

Remove new module completely and then install. It should install in UltimateMTK2 folder.

You used wrong preloader. This is simple boot failed nothng else. Nothing written to the phone so there is no chance ever that phone will die.
