how long does it take for activation to process bcoz i did my payment an hour ago and its still not activated. i used fastunlocking platform

fastboot drivers are properly installed . other devices are detected as well in fastboot mode . the tool says searching for devices in fastboot mode but screen is pitch blank . its not booting into fastboot mode and is still in huawei usb com 1.0 port . any suggestions ?
