First check if you can do Read Info. If yes, try Format FS, or if Format FS failed, try Vivo FS/FRP.

If you can not read info, check if phone is listed in Vivo Heuristic, if yes, then do Format from there.

If it is not listed there, find firmware for it, select Manual method in Vivo Heuristic and select firmware folder, and it should automatically select loader too. Now do Format.

If you want to to ask why so many IF THEN statement here, let me tell you that it is to make you aware of the power you get with QcFire, and more you discover and use it, less you depend on others, and also it will let us know the limitations or issues, if any.
