Exclamation Problem Box Connection Server


Good afternoon! Can any Administrator help me?
I have this problem in my box.

Connecting to server ...
Update counter exceeds, only 3 updates in 48 hours is allowed.
Try after 48 hours.

Before that I was giving an error would I have to solve? I need a lot for work

You have only a short time to buy a box. about 4 months, was running smoothly, more than once another appeared these messages.

Make sure time zone amd time is correct and you are using latest version of software.
