Most users, try to use Reset Locks button on phones with Encrypted Userdata. Thats why this message tells you to try Disable Locks instead of Reset Locks. It is already mentioned that this method is not guaranteed to work on all phones/firmwares as many vendor/firmware have things customized. Br, UMT |
