You should know what cause it.....
your tools reseller don't manage your server.....i just bought your tool umt if not up-to a yr activation expired please we are spending a lot of money to buy all this tools even credit.....pleaee I advice you fix it

There is nothing to fix.

It was first used exactly 1 year ago from time shown in log.

So it is the reseller whom you should ask "why sold me already used card?" or "why you activated my card before actually selling it?".

I activated it myself when I bought it never been use before this not my first time buying tools from him.....you have to help me fix it I activated it myself I'm the first user
