help me I get this error

Operation : MTK One Click
Hold VOL UP + DOWN and connect USB Cable.
Some phone may have different key combination for BROM mode.
Waiting for device in BROM mode...

You are still using preloader mode. That is why you are seeing trying to crash. Use testpoint. always use search button and try to understand logs. From experience at times you need to restart your computer even to reinstall libusb from software.depend on the logs info.

Hi, no support for Android 11, you downgrade to Android 10 will working. tested by me.
