MI Account unlock so we still need credit?

HI team i like to know do we still need credit to unlock FRP or MI account on phone? i get this message when i try to unlock mi account with test point

And please try to understand one common and simple thing:

Auth service is for EDL authenticatin. Only EDL Authentication!!!!!

Even if you just do Read Info and phone needs auth, you need Auth Service. Is it simple to understand?

And our server is currently offline, so you must use Own Auth Account.

Yes, useless for guys who only get phone which needs auth, but still can't manage to get Xiaomi Auth Account themselves.

Useful for guys who also get phones which are supported without Auth and they are happy.

Never mind, not everyone is lucky to get such phones in their service center these days.
