there is no any option in misc tool Use Motorola QC > Misc. Tools > Factory Reset (Fastboot).

i have also same problem after enter this command also not detect sim

Strange that not everyone faces this issue.

Second imei damaged etc is possible cause of playing with other firmware.

This method does not damage anything.

We will implement this command in next update so you dont have to bother with Command Prompt etc.

i try to all commands and flashing new updated files....but no solution
