THEN SHUT OFF AND REBOOT

Try put in Recovery Mode and do Wipe from there.

Also make sure nothing was damaged during ISP point soldering.

not sure about any damage while doing isp

i tried formatting from recovery

but was not going in recovery at all

and finally customer took it back in same condition
