Realme c21y dead after safe format same problem

You can easy repair it changing flash ic(in some cases can help if you will resolder flash ic) .
Low cost phones have chap emmc chips with limited life or phone haved mechanical damage.
Userdata in this phones is encripted/decripted on each power off/power on what cause huge usage.
This problem can also happen if you format it from phone menu, from exe e.t.c
