You can use either Sideload Mode or EDL mode to Wipe EFS, and later use Xiaomi RSA Method to fix IMEI as printed on back label.

Be warned, that this will fix only second IMEI.

Which version you used?

Use 6.3, restore that EFS backuo made by QcFire and then again reset, but partial.

i able to fix 2 imeis by umt with help of qpst...imei rebuilder and good qcn for redmi 8
