You should try again after disconnecting battery and wait for 30 seconds or so.

I FACE THIS PROBLEM EVERY QUALCOM OLD AND NEW DEVICE.
RECENTLY I ACTIVE MY CARD 1 YEAR ACTIVITION . FIRST DAY WHEN ACTIVATION DONE . I WORK A NOTE 5 PRO (WHAYRID) FLASING 1 FLASHING DONE. INFO DONE .FEW MENIT AGAIN I FLSHING THE PHONE NOTE 5 PRO (WHAYRID) THEN THE PROBLEM START SKIP AUTH FAIL. QFIRE TOOL ALREDY UNINSTALL . REINSTALL AGAIN PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLV . NOW PLEASE TELL ME THE SOLUTION SIR .

UMT dongle is just used for protection let s explain to you slowly like newbie

1. Dongle + card inside is used only to protect software so if dongle not work means software will not start, you can understand this now yes?
2. Qcfire is working for all world users but not for you right? strange what can be the issue?
3. FIRST DAY WHEN ACTIVATION DONE . I WORK A NOTE 5 PRO (WHAYRID) FLASING 1 FLASHING DONE. INFO DONE , what are you trying to say here? first day software work second not ?!!! Qcfire is offline software and used by many, so you cannot claim like this.
4. Connection to Auth App Failed! Authorization server is offline why do you still try to use it? and this needs credits that we stopped selling...

Now let me tell you facts and then i will close this thread.

1. UMT is a well reputed and respected product in GSM.
2. We do not play the games you have in your little mind.
3. You do not do us any favor in buying activation but you do for yourself, activation you pay how much 25 usd? this is not enough to pay for a battery of a phone we buy for test you know this ? and yes many buy this activations to have updates and after this many sometime we make money sometimes not. believe it or not GSM business is not as it used to be...

think before posting accusations next time.
