HI team after FRP and format with software phone now stuck on samsung logo,
i can not put phone in download mode,
here is the log

Hi already try few time force restart and already try put battery out put it back still same just stuck on samsung logo, i can not even go to download mode as well.

Force download mode by holding all keys inserting USB in device..if not work try multiple times until enter then reflash latest stock rom..

Hi do u know how can i find sacer file for this model?
it can not go to download mode or recovery mode i guess i have to do test point again and flash with sacter file

bro problem is i can not put phone in recovery so how can i format? it can not even go to download mode
when i got the phone it has same issue it had mdm lock i think can not factory reset can not go to download mode
so i decie to do test point and did frp and format
now stuck, i think i need a315f scatter file if i flash should be ok

Use umt mtk v4. 4, this 4.5 version has a bug, everytime gives this same error, even when manually select platform like mt6582 and all even for simple (read info) operation, try v4.4 and post results, team please fix this bug in v4.5.
