after doing this still on vivo logo from where to get firmware of this mode ?

Open log of Enable Diag and read it carefully.

same problem vivo x9 enable diag now on logo!

Enabling diag port through qc fire for some device may be stuck in logo, so please Open log of Enable Diag and read it carefully,
if device stuck at logo flash it again device will bootup and try to enable diag via code and root method
