ihave dongle umt&nck

when me updat card cant open umt again

my sn : UMT802009784

and when try open error msg: missing smart card pleas check if box /dongle connected

and ichanged mor pc same error

and nck still working 100%

Check Drivers (less chances as NCK working), check Card Reader.

Open UMT GSM Tool it will ask for update card then click update your problem will solved

the umt manger to solve the problem to umt customers ..like all dongles and boxs team support and help there customers in few mints

boss...the card is new not Brocken not destroyed .. i just updated it and the lab restart during the operation>>>
nck work 100% ..so the card not broken ..... so now i am a umt customer show me who umt manger how can give a help or solution>>

Your computer restarted while updating card, so it is not a problem from our side or seller side.

Simply card firmware for UMT has been damaged, and it can not be repaired.
