by mistake order in Wrong Service , is That possible move Activation ?

we have UMT Card but by mistake order in NCK and its comes as Success .
Now reseller says its success so i cant help ,

my question is is that possible Move activation on UMT card ?

Hi you need to contact the reseller who you paid to him so he can request this from us as this is related to his activations and credits, and yes this way it can be done after checking the issue and serials, so tell the reseller if he is an official reseller that yes he can help.

anyway pm me both serials first in order to check them.
