You know the problem, I had 2 rogers IMEIs with you, one iPhone 4 and this. You send unlock email on 12.02.2016 I called the customers to activate their iPhones, they reported me that iPhones are not unlocked, also iPhone 4 I could check free that it was really unlocked for 2-5 hours then with my eyes I saw it became Locked again. So I sent Verify request to your server and waited 8-9 days and asked you many times to drop them, so that I refund customers. And as I saw that you are not refunding or Re-unlocking them again I refunded my customers.
