my tab not recogbize sd card.... while put sd card it show preaparing sd card bt on storage option its show mount external storoge.... by clicking that same result.... help brooooooooooooooooooo

i tried reset via android multi tools on fast boot mode but still no luck.. this problems occur after customer try to factory reset his phone asus zenfone 5.

# no recovery at first

at on screen txt/ in fast boot mode seen like this...

asus _T00G zenfone 6 vibrate show usb logo and turn off

phone go in droidboot mode but recovery mode not work

donot know current version how to fix it

plz give me firmware link and tool

i have zenfone5 with uber cab software i want flash with row file but tool cant detect set in fastboot mode also i flash with sideload but after flash same show only uber function
its possible unlock this phone?
plz guide me

but fastboot command detect the phone

update from recovery mode

1st Download RAW file
Copy RAW file to sd card
Put sd card to phone
Entry Droidboot mode
Choose SD Download
that's it !

problem was restart

no sd update option
after choosing recovery
it shows asus boot logo then installing system update and then ERROR
then it will reboot and back to hang on boot logo

i already tried everything posted above except for SKU, Update from ADB, and the flashtool. I'm avoiding to brick this Phonetab doing some actions which i'm not sure

any solution please?
