What Status Of Phone Before You Flash?
If Ok,That Mean Is Software Problem... Flash It With Different Versions Of Firmware.
Other Possibilities...Is Hardware Issue.

set is ok before flash, i flashed beta version for rooting the phone,
because BL unlock not supported in previous version :( , previous version is (V13.8.26.80)
