downgrade from miui8 to 7 is alway unknown baseband with xiaomi note3 qualcomm, flash back to miui8 then baseband is fine.

Read post above! You have no baseband after downgrade. Flash miui8 and it il be ok

after reflash with kenzo_global_images_V8.1.6.0.MHOMIDI_20170122.0000 .00_6.0_global for Fastboot, the device show this image:

How to solve?

Press that button " reset phone", wipe in recovery, write unlocked bootloader, flash again with other version
