Pocophone F1 No Network after screen repair

Hi. Have a client Pocophone F1 that needed cracked Display replacement. After i did the job, immediatly after boot, no signal network. Did a total clean job, was not needed to take motherboard out, only battery and replaced display. There's no signs of destroying nothing. Nothing at all. Only thing that could have had any influence, was with the heatgun to take out cracked display. But even that, was the usual for cracked displays. Down PCB where the antenna goes was not even touched, antenna on the board is connected, phone haves both IMEI's showing up, there was signal before i started the repair process. Anyone faced something like this before on this model? Any ideas?

Good, the first thing to check the state of the phone with another screen, I know that this is difficult and unfeasible for many shops or repair shops, I say this because it may be that it has come from another workshop, it may also come without a signal, Radio frequency ic is damaged or ask to replace it, the antenna is damaged, all this is due to shocks, so it is very important to check the phone before giving a budget and of course in front of the client so that there is no confusion, etc.

Phone enter here only with the glass cracked, so, there was image on it and i was able to check that network was working fine. I also know that a problem can be already there and only when cables are detached, it reveals itself. Also, can be man bad handling (me, in this case), but i'm almost 100% sure, that it was a clean repair. It's like a 1 in a million situation, i think.

Yes of course, but you will know that customers never say things as they have happened or as they are and less than if they have taken it to another workshop, but now you have the problem, if you will not have problems with the client.
