Error code 262 means CE code does not match with your current one.

GSM 03.18.90

As i cant find its original brasil telecom in order to flash it and it´s NOT CID unlocked, tell me whic one original rom flash i may try, pls.

Then follow each step carefully.

You done making Gold card ? ok, now simply flash with an Official Shipped rom from below.
