Maybe i just need to do these .cab installing solution for changing language on x2....

I've tried this solution once but it's still on the same language after flashing it again using SEUS..

Yes, cab is easy solution. but its temp.

Not only SEMC. but it removes if Hard Reset done once.

But it works like charm

i have a htc which P3300 .. i have to upgrade it to Eng..phone has now German rom and sw is 3.13.407.1 and my eng rom sw is 3.13.405.1 i applied hard spl.. but still rom downgrading or updating not possbile..

phone IPL : 3.13
SPL : 1.11 = thiss mean hard spl is oki..?
