You have 2 options.

1. Force your phone to bootloader mode by pressing camera and rec button.

1a. On your phone by pressing camera and rec button. if you see Red Green Blue screen, you are in boot loader mode.

1b. Download appropriate ROM and connect your phone with PC.

1c. Run Rom Upgrade Utility, and follow on screen instructions.

2. SD Card flashing.

2a. Download appropriate ROM, extract them in memory card main root.

2b. Put your card into phone, most probably you will see a message like this

Update your SD image
Press < This key to start download.
