C500 with Qtek ROM for 8020 and joystick is not working

Several times I managed to install new ROM for my C500. It worked well with iMate ROMs. I was still looking for better one so I installed from Qtek site ROM 2.2.32.23 but this one is for Qtek 8020 and not for 8010. There is first problem: Joystick doesn't work at all - no enter, no left or any other direction key.
Second problem is: ROM version is there forever I think. Many times I tried to reinstal to different ROM (iMate, Orange, other Qtek) but no luck. Everything looks fine during the installation, it takes about ten minutes, but after restart it's again Qtek 2.2.32.23
Please help how to get it out.

version ROM 1.11.02 FRE
Date De ROM 03/15/05
version radio 1.11.00
version de proto 1337.42
version de ExtROM 1.11.140 FRE

I have JAM_WWE_11200_128_11210_ship & ma_cdlsku1_wwe_10300_143_10100_ship.

i want to change its language to english but these file giving me error of country id.
any solution...

T-Mobile is not in any arabic country...
