can somebody help me on how to remove password....

my spv c550...:confused:

any idea how to do hard rest for that phone please help?

turn off the phone. Now press and hold down the two softkeys. Whilst doing this, hit the power on button and you should see a screen saying, "Press 0 to reset to defaults - any other key to boot normally. Hit 0 and it'll reset.

I do that but nothing hapened anly the phone entrer to boot moth by holding boton camera and playin usb any idea
