HTC 8X How to flash?
 

Hi everybody;
I have HTC 8x PM23200.It restarts on HTC logo and i want to flash it with "PDM_ACCORD_U_GDR3_00_MR_HTC_Europe_4.12.401.01_Ra dio_1.20b.32.19.04_15.67b.32.19_release".What's the best and easiest way to do that please?
It's CID is HTC__016.If needed tell me the way to unbrand please.
