hi ,

can someone help me plz with this problem. the set will turn on but will restart by itself on the windows loading screen.

did you try with hard reset ??

ya already hard reset and flashed with custom rom.still same problem

then its time to check its hardware problem.

put your phone in freezer for 5 mins. after that turn on the phone..
this will boot normally.
