it a good s/w but the crack doest work it s good for only three tries.so dont waste it .after the three tries what ever u have kept your setting as remains ,you cant make any changes ,you will have to reinstall it.on the whole its as good.

Aprreciate your help but I did try disable firewall. It has got to do with the combination of built in wireless on my desktop, outlook and activesync.
