t-mobile dash reset - GSM-Forum

I have a t-mobile htc dash mobile from customer. It is unlocked handset and other sp sim is working. when press menu it process but could nt show any option to change profile. It process but no icon display on the screen.
I want to reset it with pressing two softkeys and power on button.

My question is :

can this locked to t-mobile again with this reset procedure.

No , be unlocked !!

Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Hard Reset will delete all data you have put on the device: Programs, Settings, Mail, SMS, MMS, etc., so be careful and make a backup before doing this. After a hard reset, you will have a complete clean new install of Windows Mobile on your device. Data on \Storage Card & \Extended_Rom folder will not be deleted

hard reset can not unlock/relock SmartPhones. so you can do hard reset without any tension

Prss & Hold Two Soft Keys the press Power button 1-2sec you will see black dos screen if agree press send button then phone hard reset ok........................... best of luck

Successfully restored to factory setting. working properly, and status remain unlocked.
