Member: 459407 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.110689 Thanks Meter: 164 | you can repaire htc gene p3400 dead by this way " JTAG" alot problem here about htc gene p3400 daed and can't Entre boot mode you can try this method it's JTAGE BUT it's need some hardware Exprenice do thise steps That it is required to us: 1. 5 resistors on 100 ohm 2. 25-pin LPT the plug 3. Wires 4. A soldering iron 5. Program H-JTAG: in that archive 6. Program NoIce: in that archive 7. spl.nb – bin file with patched bootloader for GENE. 8. ruu_signed.nbh - an insertion for Gene with IPL and patched SPL (Placed in “for new Gene (SN - HT8x)” & “for old Gene (SN - HT7x)” folders in that archive. Copy files from folder for your model to folder with romupdateutility.exe)  Jtag interface:  Wires for JTAG interface MUST not be longer 20 - 25 cm !!! Plug contacts to a PDA of a handheld computer. Setup H-JTAG also it is adjusted it  Now we connect a feed on a handheld computer (it is possible charged baterry.) also we insert socket LPT. We clamp buttons Power and Camera for 5 seconds. In H-JTAG it is carried out Detect Target. Our processor with ID 0x0692602F Should be defined Further: we Establish NoIce. We adjust  1) It is chosen Options-Target Communications 2) It is chosen RDI Interface 3) It is specified where is H-JTAG.dll for RDI 4) we Put frequency of the processor (it is possible to specify and 200). Further we press OK and we close program NoICe (it is not turned off and closed!!!). We start NoICe if all normally and all correctly above is adjusted the program should become on 0000 address and you will see code ARM. Further we Choose item of menu Load 2) Necessarily the first we put a tick on Load as binary image 3) we Specify the address of loading in RAM 10000000 4) we Choose a file bootloader for loading spl.nb, we press Ok and we see progress a bar of loading (it is necessary to wait some time that was filled in the file). 5) As soon as it will be filled in a file we choose item of menu View and it is chosen by submenu Disassemble at... 6) 10000000 address necessary to us Is specified, we press Ok and we see code ARM - if all has passed well and the file is loaded that by the first command should be EA0003FE. 7) we Clamp button Camera Is chosen punkt menu RUN and to submenu Go FROM... 8) we Specify 10000000 address and is pressed Ok Further.... The Device should will be started in a mode bootloader. The button can be released. Further we connect to usb and it is stitched ruu_signed.nbh - an insertion for new GENE with IPL and patched SPL After an insertion of the given file it is possible remove Jtag and to collect phone.
