Dear Falcon Support,

I am santoso from indonesia, today my pc hard disk broken so i need replace new one. after installing falcon setup v 4.9 and run it...its said " the installation DLL package has been modified, please reinstall setup " ....before my old hdd broken, my falcon box run fine. btw i Install falcon setup on directory data. I need help please. thx

my problm is

when i start Falcon Box 4.9

Your PC have virus .. scan your PC with good antivirus then install

after several weeks failed to install falcon, now my box works again. the software must install on directory c.
Another question is : why Falcon MTK latest software can't run ?
its said = Checking licence..already tried reinstall but problem not gone
any help ?

Hi flacon team my box is not working
error / falcon box or dongel or key not found
i"m change data cable or or also try in other pc but same error PWR% CARD light on can you plz tell me how i can fix it ?
