falcon server always problem dead team ...only fixing server but not update new models..other dongles or boxes are updating and adding new models but this team only fixed server

hello, i reinstaled windows, and now it is 5-6 day i have falcon activation problem. (activated on miracle key) i replaced "user" file but same. please explain me, what can i do for activating falcon soft?
