how did you downlaod dump in emmc support?

hi emmc pro and supporters and users how did you download dump in support?

i have a problem i'm trying download 1.2gb file my problem is i cant use download manager can't download multiple file no resume i can only download in broser and download speed in very slow i cannot finish my downloading until closing time

we just upgraded server hardware Today !
You should get better speed , i will consult with web admin about resume function

pls help or do something it's 3 days since i post this problem stiil i can't finish downloading at mall hours because we need to close our store we only have 10 working hours it's very frustrating i need to start downloading from biginning tommorow

Resume capability will be added , we sent request to web admin .
but it might take couple of days to get effected .
