so what's the deal here???

Please explain clearly what are the packages sold:

- EMMC PRo: what's coming with it

- EMMC Booster: What's coming with it (boxes, cables, adapters, sockets)?

- ORT JTAG PRO: What's coming with it (boxes, cables, adapters, sockets)?

There's a lot of confusion on what you are selling.
And need a clear descritpion of the products.

Q : What is different in new ORT JTAG / ORT Pro Edition .
A : It is totally different and new hardware designed with the FPGA .

There are alot of changed in the hardware , due to old hardware limitation
we could not support faster speed , and was not flexible with the VREF connection
VREF is not neccessary and it is faster almost up to 20 times depends on the mobile phone hardware .

Q : Do I need new software for the ORT Pro Edition ?
A : ORT Plus Software support ORT Pro Edition New Hardware .

Q : What about ORT JTAG Users , do we get to have support ?
A : ORT JTAG / GPGORT Users will still get the updates in ORT Plus Software .

Q : Can we replace our old boxes with new one ?
A : There is no replacement option currently .

Q : What is eMMC Booster that comes with the ORT Pro Edition .
A : It is an hardware to support eMMC / ISP Connections we provided in eMMC Pro updates.

Q : What is eMMC Pro ?
A : It is a project meant to support ISP / eMMC / SD Based hardwares for repairing , read , write and
many other features we are going to add to make it Professional Tool for the releated hardwares .

Q : What is different in eMMC Booster and eMMC pro ?
A : eMMC Booster direct SD Connection for the faster data access for read and write and only limited to USER Area
eMMC Pro is for more professional features included Low Level operations which eMMC Booster does not support.

Q : Why do i get eMMC Booster with eMMC Pro ?
A : Because if you want to read 16GB Data you can do it with eMMC Booster less than 1 hour but it takes longer with eMMC Pro.

SO idea is to Boosting the Speed for the eMMC Pro .


Q : What is Low-Level operations ?
A : Hardware Level operations such as Fixing eMMC Firmware , Format , partition manager , etc..

Q : i got free eMMC Booster with ORT Pro Edition what i can do with this ?
A : You can write repair files and dumps to eMMC ICs and fix the phones .


So basically ;

ORT Pro Edition is a new hardware with faster speed and alot of supported models in support area .
eMMC Booster is free for ORT Pro Edition and free for eMMC Pro helps you repair phone bricked phones with faster speed and only access to USER Area .
eMMC Pro is Professional eMMC Tool access all levels of eMMC and unlimited features what project contains .

I tried make a new FAQ which includes most of your questions .

Sockets only can be purchased only separately Not available in the packages
but we give free PCB-Breakout board for the eMMCs for all packages known .

Can we repair all the same phones with EMMC PRO as ORT JTAG PRO?

There is one simple distinction

You can repair simple boot failures with ORT Pro + eMMC Booster

We only provide basic and simple features for the ISP for the eMMC booster
For the ISP operations u get to have repairing USER area of the eMMC IC
But the good thing for this set a lot lot of models for the JTAG in the support area which we have developed over the years and keep adding JTAG models.

eMMC Pro get to have a lot of features for the ISP included repair eMMC firmware easy repair but no JTAG support .


So my suggestion for the professional services :

1 pcs X eMMC Pro for Professional eMMC Servicing ..
1 pcs X ORT Pro for professional JTAG'ing

as I have old ORT Jtag ( not mind about speed :D:D:D )

Well directly work on the software by selecting eMMC Booster interface .
but you will have to run as Administrator .
