[warn] Current frequency reading error! Heater might not work as expected!(51)


hI
i am issuing with the irework, this error keep coming up "[warn] Current frequency reading error! Heater might not work as expected!(51)". trying to resiter the device online but sn wrogng, how to find the right sn on the device. Serial no: BD4A12xx.

You can ignor the warning message, which doesn't effect any related functions

and as i know UK using 50Hz,

And when you register online , you need input as 0xXXXXXXXX

the Sn will show up when you power on the device ! but very short time

If you have activation issue, try to send email to [email protected] , thanks

both fans doesnt work, keep rebooting and beeping, where can i order the both fan? they look like been melted.

the fan will auto start while required, you can power off / on to check the fan if work , if working means everything fine

Thats not the case, I have already tested the fans and both wont work, tested them with external 5v. so i want to know where can i order them?

So you opened the box and check with 5V or ?
