poco m3 Dead ! qdloader 9008

i took my first poco m3 two month ago and i tried to fix it but whatever i did was not good enough and the phone came back with the same problem .
i have been trying since and it could not solve the problem . i have tried these solution on many devices maybe near to 70 .
these are what i have done since today

1. hit the power ic (PMI632-902)
2. changed the PMI632-902
3. the ic temperature is about 100' degree while fast charging so i tried one ic with no fast charge (PMI632-502) and tried to cool it down
4. reball the CPU and UFS memory
5. flash with hydra, UMT , UFI and even with auth account
6. made OVP jumper
7. tried to format UFS memory and write dump again by EasyJtag and Medusa pro II

everything i did was useless and the problem comes back in a few days .
is there any solution to this ISSUE caused by XIAOMI team ??
and they do not give any answer to this

POCO M3 - Reboot issue solved!

Hello guys,

This solved the deadboot issue on my end.

Just remove the capacitor encircled below and you will then be able to reboot your unit freely.

Thanks!
