Redmi note 11 problem with WiFi & network - GSM-Forum

A customer came with a note 11 [2201117TG] (product name "spes") which doesn't have network connection at all. And it hangs everytime I try to turn on WiFi, the phone is brand new and only have been used for about a month, I don't know if it's a software (maybe damaged persist partition or a similar one) or hardware issue, I can't even install a zip update file offline.

Did anybody see such problem on a new device? MIUI has been full of bugs for quite some time but this is really bad.

Any help would be appreciated, even a testpoint photo; Thank you.

Was on 13.0.5 and upgraded to 13.0.6 using recovery mode (MiFlash Pro), WiFi is good now but still no cellular network (both IMEIs are ok) if I try to call I get this message: "Turn off Airplane mode to make a call" although Airplane mode is already off.

you need to flash whole rom not recovery but edl

HAVE SAME SITUATION HERE (phone new, no wifi, no cell)
BUT AS I KNOW FOR NOW THE PHONE IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR FLASHING ON ANY BOX !!

I'm starting to think that this Redmi Note 11 is going to be as problematic as the poco M3. I have one here that does not connect but is directly recognizing in EDL mode when I connect. I have two others that when starting, it locks the functions and restarts by itself. I still haven't found any box that does the reinstallation of his firmware.

as always, new Qualcomm phone need a lot of research to find or patch the loader in order to be able to service phone
we have to wait until dev's find solution

Bro, this is hardware problem
Just check SDR/RF

when sdr ic damage, then network/ wifi baseband modem properly not work
